We met Leslie at a local wedding expo a couple months ago and were excited by her story. Leslie & Joe have been married for years and have children, but are excited to renew their vows with a formal wedding and reception down in Texas as well as finally get some professional photos of them as a couple! We deeply believe that everyone deserves at least one set of professional images of themselves and their loved ones, so we were very excited when they wrote us wanting to work with us on a Couple Session!
We planned everything at the beginning of October for when the Fall leaves would be out in full-force. We were excited that Leslie chose one of our favorite locations, but then disappointed and upset when we found out that our venue had double-booked us (apparently thinking that another "Jennifer" photographer was the same as "Jenny"). While we were all very frustrated, we committed to our second location. Luckily this turned out to be an even better fit with more individual locations to photograph them at for their country-themed Session!
These two absolutely rocked their Session! They came dressed in cowboy boots, a cowboy hat, and classy clothing. Both exuded confidence and a great sense of humor.
We especially loved that within the sunset hour we were able to photograph them in 10 diverse locations at this rustic spot and that it fulfilled the country-theme of their wedding well! We not only captured them in some beautiful Fall foliage, but were also able to capture them with barns, on docks on both a pond and river, and even under a covered bridge!
Leslie & Joe: We're so glad you reached out to us! You two were so humble and did a wonderful job! We hope you enjoyed your Session and that you're enjoying (and framing/ hanging) your prints!
